    BASE PRICES
Each of the five new home plans can be built on any of the available lots. The price of a standard, at-grade lot is included in the base price in "Pricing Schedule #1" below. The additional cost for a partially exposed basement is included in the base price shown in "Pricing Schedule #2". Finally, the added cost for a full, walk-out basement is included in the base price in "Pricing Schedule #3" below.
