How Did The Villas at Meade Pond Evolve?
Several years ago, Hoffman, Pfefferle and Platt recognized that times are changing and so are housing trends and preferences. Through research and personal observation, the three observed more people are seeking an alternative to traditional single family living and are willing to exchange a big yard and under-utilized living spaces for more creative, efficient designs. They were also convinced people desire the privacy of a single family home with the carefree advantages of condominium living.

The result was the creation of The Villas at Meade Pond, the Fox Valley's first all single-family condominium development. Prior to introducing the project to the public, a focus group session involving over 35 prospects was conducted to fine-tune the plans, standard features and optional upgrades. This invaluable session allowed the Developer to adjust the project to meet the need and housing preferences of the community.
